1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbix AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Usage Rights & Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content, code, prompts, and files you submit to the service. Subject to your compliance with these terms, Orbix AI grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use model outputs generated through your account.
3. Inference Credits & Billing
Subscription plans include monthly credit allotments for model inference. Credits are consumed according to provider token costs and media generation parameters. Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Orbix AI to generate harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, circumvent system rate limits, or engage in unauthorized automated scraping.
