At Orbix AI, we believe your work, code, and conversations belong to you. We are committed to transparency in how we collect, store, and process your data.

2. Zero Training on Your Conversations

We do not use your private chats, code executions, prompt engineering inputs, or project files to train frontier AI models. When you interact with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or other providers through Orbix AI, your requests are processed via enterprise API agreements that prohibit public model training on customer inputs.

3. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication tokens required to manage your account.
• Workspace Content: Chat histories, code files, and model comparison parameters you choose to store.
• Telemetry & Usage: Aggregated token consumption and billing event records necessary for inference accounting.

4. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted to and from Orbix AI is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest. API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to export your conversation history, delete individual chats or workspaces, and permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings.
